You can choose between a refund or store credit on full priced items.

All items purchased from rugandlove.com can be returned for a full refund (minus processing fees) within 30 days of the delivery date. 

• Damaged or stained items cannot be refunded.
• Items must be returned in their original condition.
• Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
